Payment Policy
The rent is due monthly,
prior to the start of each month, on the first day of the month.

Grace period
While the rent is due on or before the first of each month, tenants have a 3-day
grace period
extending thru the 4th of each month to make payments without penalty.
Late Payment Penalties
Tenants who are more than 3 days late (after the 4th of the month), will be
required to pay
an additional $25. late charge, plus an additional $5. per day until the rent
plus any and all
late penalties are paid in full.
