to allow proper drainage and to prevent storm window frame damage.
If the aluminum storm window frame is damaged by an air conditioner
improperly installed, the renter will be held responsible for the damages.
A note about Insurance
The Fire and Casualty insurance policy which the landlord pays for DOES
